According to Yahoo Sports, the New Jersey Nets are looking to pull a trade and may be interested in Minnesota's Kevin Garnett and Seattle's Ray Allen.   The Nets could include Vince Carter and Jason Kidd in the trade. 
 

Fantasy Spin:  It seems very unlikely that one, let alone both, of these deals would happen.  It's tough to move one player with a large contract, let alone two.  If Garnett does get traded to whatever team, look for him to be energized and put up even bigger stats.  If Allen were to be paired with Kidd or Garnett, look for his scoring averages to increase as he'd get more wide-open looks.  That being said, don't hold your breath for these deals to happen.  Still, it's fun to talk about.
